RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement) is a secure, high-value, and instant domestic funds transfer system managed by the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL). It enables the immediate, irrevocable, and direct transfer of funds between commercial banks within the country. The system facilitates both small and large-value transactions and plays a critical role in supporting the national payment infrastructure.
