Dr. Kweku Nduom

Dr. Kweku Nduom is a young accomplished business leader with over 15 years of management experience handling key roles at subsidiaries of Groupe Nduom in Ghana and USA. He is currently the Vice President of Business Development of Groupe Nduom Washington DC, a position he has occupied from 2010 till date. As overseer of the operations of the Groupe Nduom (GN) Washington DC office, he provides management, consulting, and procurement services to other GN companies.
Until his promotion to lead the Washington DC team, Dr. Nduom was Chief Financial Officer of Coconut Grove Hotels in Accra from 2008 to 2010. He was responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a privately-owned hotel chain in the four Ghanaian cities of Accra, Elmina, Obuasi, and Sakumono.
He garnered experience in his early days in the USA as a NY Associate at GE CAPITAL CORP from 2006–2008, where he led eight debt financing deals, resulting in $120M in GE commitments and over $48M in Net Earning Assets (NEAs) among other achievements.
He holds insurance qualifications from the New York State Brokers License.
Dr. Nduom has a Doctorate in International Business from the George Washington University School of Business Philosophy; a Master of Business Administration; Dual Major in Finance and Healthcare Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts: Major in Economics, Minor in Finance from Princeton University, Princeton - New Jersey.
