Mr. Anim is a highly skillful Chartered Accountant with excellent business development skills. He has over 20 years of broad-based expertise in banking
operations, finance, strategic management, internal audit and a strong managerial background with senior level experience and exposure at local, multinational
and international firms.
He has been SIB Liberia Limited’s Managing Director from 2016 till date and has excelled at leading change, redesigning business processes, repositioning
companies, growing revenue and profits, leading and developing teams, creating winning strategic plans, instituting controls and policies to strengthen
business process, assessing and managing business risk and building shareholder value.
Before his appointment as the Managing Director of GNBLL (and later SIB), Mr. Anim was the General Manager for International Bank Liberia Limited for four
years. He is an innovative thinker and has over the years demonstrated proven ability to quickly remediate organizational weaknesses and deficiencies and to
develop strategies to grow the bottom-line.
Mr. Anim served for seven years in Unilever Ghana Ltd as Banking Relationship Manager and later got promoted to Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management.
He later moved on to join Metro Mass Transit (Gh.) Ltd as the Head of Internal Audit Department. He joined International Bank (Liberia) Limited as the Head of
Internal Audit and Risk Management and was later promoted to the bank’s General Manager.
Mr. Anim is currently the Chairman of ACB Consult, a private management consultancy firm based in Ghana.
He is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (I.C.A-Gh), holds a master’s in business administration from the University of
Ghana, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Sociology.
