MR. JOSEPH K. ANIM

MANAGING DIRECTOR/ CEO
Mr. Joseph K. Anim is the Managing Director of SIB Liberia Limited (SIBLL). Before his appointment as the Managing Director of SIBLL, Mr. Anim was the General Manager for International Bank Liberia Limited for four years. Mr. Anim is an innovative thinker with broad based expertise in Banking operations, Finance, Strategic Management and Internal Audit. He has over the years demonstrated proven ability to quickly remediate organizational weaknesses and deficiencies and to develop strategies to grow the bottom-line. Mr. Anim served for seven years in Unilever Ghana Ltd as Banking Relationship Manager and later got promoted to become Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management for Unilever (Gh.) Ltd. He later moved on to join Metro Mass Transit (Gh.) Ltd as the Head of Internal Audit Department. From Metro Mass Transit Ltd, he joined International Bank (Liberia) Limited initially as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management but later was promoted to serve as the Bank’s General Manager. His areas of excellence include: Leading change, redesigning business process, repositioning companies, growing revenue and profits, leading and developing teams, creating winning strategic plans, instituting controls and policies to strengthen business process, ability to assess and manage business risk and building shareholder value. Mr. Anim is currently the Chairman of ACB Consult, a private management consultancy firm based in Ghana.

Mr. PATRICK EBO KITTOE

GENERAL MANAGER

Mr. Kittoe is currently the General Manager for SIB Liberia Limited, directly reporting to the Managing Director and supervising Business, Remittance, Operations, Treasury, IT and Credit activities of the bank. He has over twenty (20) years of experience from the banking, mining and construction industries, having worked with prestigious firms in Ghana, Liberia and beyond.

Prior to joining SIB, he served as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG), where he led the setting-up of the Credit, Operational and Market Risk Departments after managing erstwhile Beige Bank into the amalgamation. He has fifteen (15) years of banking experience with ten (10) years at Executive Level having plied his trade at Sovereign Bank as Chief Credit Officer from 2016-2018; International Bank (Liberia) Limited as Credit Consultant in Charge of Portfolio Administration from 2013 to 2015; Akwapim Rural Bank as CEO from 2011 to 2013, and National Investment Bank as Assistant Manager (Monitoring Department & Credit Appraisal) from 2007 to 2010.

He holds an EMBA in Finance, and an M.Sc. in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, and a B.Sc. in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is an Associate Member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (Quantity Surveying Division), an association of Project Management and Cost Consultants.

DANIEL K. WOLLO, Jr.

HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT

Daniel K. Wollo Jr. has eighteen (18) years of commercial banking experience working with GN Bank (Liberia) now SIB (Liberia) Limited.  He first served as Risk Officer, and then moved on to Head of Human Resources, Head of Operations, Head of Business Affairs, and Head of Credit. He now heads the bank’s Risk Department after serving as the Head of Administration and Special Projects at SIB.

Before joining SIB, he worked with Wells Fargo Bank at the Customer Service Operations Center in Fargo, North Dakota, USA, as a Customer Service Representative.

Daniel started his banking career in 2005 as a Teller at First International Bank (FIB) and rose through the ranks from being a Clearing Officer, to Operations Officer, Reconciliation Officer, Branch Manager, Head of Operations, and Head of Internal Control & Compliance.

He holds a BBA in Management from the University of Liberia and a  Master degree in Administration from Walden University, USA. He has attended several trainings in banking and received diplomas from WAIFEM (West African Institute for Financial and Economic Management) and FITC (Financial Institute Training Center).

LORPU ZAWU

LAWYER

Lorpu Zawu is an accomplished legal practitioner with over eleven years’ experience in handling Labor-related dispute & negotiation, collection related cases—debt, foreclosure, garnishment, legal advice and opinions among other services.

As a Senior Associate at Heritage Partners and Associate from 2016 till date, Lorpu has been instrumental at managing client’s portfolio, contract negotiations, researching and advisory services.

Before joining Heritage Partners and Associates, she worked with Dunbar & Dunbar Law Firm for a three-year period as an associate, handling client portfolio, representing clients, advisory service and research.

Her career in law peaked after interning as a Labour Solicitor at the Office of the Legal Counsel (Ministry of Labor). Her responsibilities included representing indigent clients in labor related cases, handling litigation procedure at National Labour Court, among others.

Lorpu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Liberia and a diploma from Len Millar High School.
